Members of the Ekiti State Civil Service Commission on Tuesday paid a scheduled visit to their counterparts in Lagos State with a view to understudy how Civil Service Commission operates in Lagos State.
The Ekiti State 2-man delegation Mrs Aramide Oyewole-Ojewole, (Commissioner III) and Mr. Tayo Aluko Permanent Secretary of Ekiti State Civil Service Commission were in Lagos to understudy how core establishments in the State are being run to enable a review of Ekiti State Civil Service Commission laws along those operating in Lagos State
While welcoming the delegation, Chairman of Lagos State Civil Service Commission, Mrs Adeyinka Taiwo Oyemade assured them that she will make their visit worthwhile by providing valuable materials to aid their mission.
The Permanent Secretary of Lagos State Civil Service Commission, Mr. Adeyemi Taofik Fashola, later took them to other core Establishment Offices such as the Cabinet Office, Ministry of Establishments, Public Service Office (PSO), and Office of Transformation Creativity and Innovations (OCTI). The delegation was received at each of the MDA by their respective Permanent Secretaries and Director General who provided details of their operations.
At the end of the visit, they were presented with various copies of documents and handbooks that would assist them in the review of Public Service Rules in Ekiti State.
